Eating grapes can actually make us ageless. Because, in the grape skin contained a substance called plavonoid. Threats associated with existing pesticides in fruit skin, Ali said, not to worry. Existing pesticides are water soluble, so before eating the fruit, including grapes, wash with running water while being rubbed. How much wine consumed? 

"Basically, every day we should eat two servings of fruit each day and varied. For wine, 1 equivalent to 6-8 servings of grapes. No need each day. Every day eating is not prohibited, but wine is expensive, right?" he said.
